Issue 57:2 – The Energy Law Edition of the Alberta Law Review is now live

The Alberta Law Review has just published its annual Energy Law Edition, issue 57:2. This issue covers important topics such as the third party financing of litigation, the regulation of private power purchase agreements for renewable energy, the legal regime governing offshore oil development in Newfoundland and Labrador, the legal status of overriding royalties, and an analysis for project reviews in the context of aboriginal and treaty rights.
