Each participant will be asked to prepare and present a slice of an examination-in-chief and a cross-examination with proper questions as well as one or two potentially objectionable questions. When not acting as examining counsel, paricipants will take turns listening to, identifying and objecting to the other side’s improper questions, while stating the basis for the objection.
