    Sample Litigation Posting:

    Three-member full service firm in Calgary is seeking to recruit a locum to cover maternity leave starting June 1, 2017 (running for 12 months) with potential for the position to become permanent. The ideal candidate should have excellent litigation experience, with an emphasis on employment law and wrongful dismissal. Human rights experience would be an advantage, but is not essential. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate attention to detail, is organized, and must be able to run files and work on their own initiative under minimal supervision and as part of a team.

    Sample General Practice Posting:

    We are a small practice with our office in Drumheller. The firm is run by two brothers each with an excess of over 30 years practice. A locum is urgently needed to commence work immediately. You will need to be of a friendly deposition and be able to deal with a myriad of clients for which you will get experience in all areas of the law in particular civil litigation, real estate conveyancing and probate. Salary will be discussed at interview.
