1. It is alleged that Uwe Welz failed to provide legal services to the standard of a competent lawyer, including failing to perform all functions competently, conscientiously, diligently and in a timely manner and that such conduct is deserving of sanction;
2. It is alleged that Uwe Welz failed to promptly return his client’s property and that such conduct is deserving of sanction; and
3. It is alleged that Uwe Welz failed to respond promptly to communications from the Law Society and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
