- It is alleged that you acted in breach of the Undertaking you gave to the Law Society of Alberta dated December 31, 2007, and that such conduct is conduct deserving of sanction;
- It is alleged that you were not candid with the Law Society of Alberta during its investigation of your breach of his December 31, 2007 Undertaking and that such conduct is conduct deserving of sanction;
- It is alleged that you made a false declaration before a Notary Public for the Province of Saskatchewan and that such conduct is conduct deserving of sanction;
- It is alleged that you failed to comply with Rules 107.1 and 119.34 of the Rules of the Law Society of Alberta and that such conduct is conduct deserving of sanction.
