1.  It is alleged Marvin J.H. Braun failed to comply with the Law Society’s trust accounting rules and that such conduct is deserving of sanction; and
2.  It is alleged Marvin J.H. Braun failed to respond promptly and completely to the Law Society and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
