1. It is alleged that Marilyn P. Adsit breached Rule 105 of the Rules of the Law Society of Alberta and that such conduct is deserving of sanction; and

2. It is alleged that Marilyn P. Adsit failed to be candid with the Law Society of Alberta on her Applications for Reinstatement and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
