1. It is alleged that Mandeep Singh unknowingly assisted his clients, the borrowers and the
   lenders, in entering into a short-term mortgage transaction in May of 2017 that contained
   an excessive rate of interest, and in doing so failed to serve his clients, and that such
   conduct is deserving of sanction; and
2.  It is alleged that Mandeep Singh unknowingly assisted his clients, the borrowers and the
   lender, in entering into a short-term mortgage transaction in November of 2017 that
   contained an excessive rate of interest, and in doing so failed to serve his clients, and
   that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
