  9. It is alleged that you failed to comply with several directions of the Court which as a member of the legal profession brings the administration of justice into disrepute and such conduct is deserving of sanction.
  10. It is alleged that you failed to promptly and completely respond to the Law Society investigators and such conduct is deserving of sanction.
