1. It is alleged that Larry Wells failed to obtain his client’s instructions on matters not falling within in his express or implied authority and that such conduct is deserving of sanction; and
2. It is alleged that Larry Wells withdrew money from a trust account to pay his disbursements and another party without the authorization of his client, and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
