- It is alleged that you failed to respond to the Trust Safety department of the Law Society in a timely manner and that you failed to comply with the Rules of the Law Society by not providing your firm’s Accountant’s Reports for the years 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 in a timely manner;
- That between 2005 and 2013, you failed to report the issuance of five Writs of Enforcement against you, contrary to the Rules of the Law Society.
