1. It is alleged that Anton Suberlak acted in a conflict of interest in representing G.A. and W.W. as well as NW Inc. contrary to the Code of Conduct and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.

2. It is alleged that Anton Suberlak acted against his former clients G.A. and W.W. contrary to the Code of Conduct and that such conduct is deserving of sanction; and

3. It is alleged that Anton Suberlak failed to respond promptly and completely to communications from the Law Society and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
