Confirm your Address in the Lawyer Portal
In advance of the 2021 annual fee billing, lawyers are encouraged to confirm that their mailing address is up to date.
Your business contact address determines which Firm Administrator account your annual fee invoice is available in. Additionally, Law Society Member ID cards for active and inactive lawyers are sent to the mailing address you have provided.
You can submit changes to your business contact information including email addresses and direct phone number(s) through the Lawyer Portal. Please note that this can only be done if you are moving to another existing business location. If your current office is relocating to a new address, please provide the new address, office telephone and fax numbers to Membership.
Please complete the following steps to change your business location:

- Log into the Lawyer Portal, then select My Profile from the dropdown menu.
- Select the Business Location tab and enter your new address.
- Click Submit to submit your changes.
Changes to your personal contact information can be completed as follows:

- Log into the Lawyer Portal and select My Profile from the dropdown menu.
- Select Address under the Update Personal Information section.
- Click Submit to submit your changes.
