Change to 2024 Bencher Table
Pursuant to the recent Order in Council 004/2024 from the Government of Alberta, Malcolm Lavoie, who was elected to become a Bencher in the recent election, has been appointed as Deputy Minister of Justice and Deputy Attorney General, effective Jan. 29, 2024.
In light of this appointment taking place before the new Bencher table begins their term on Feb. 29, Erin Runnalls will fill this vacancy as the person next in line with the highest number of votes from the 2023 Bencher Election.
