Alberta Access to Justice Week
Alberta Access to Justice (A2J) Week takes place from Feb. 5 to 9 this year. Over the course of the week, justice sector organizations will be offering a variety of events and activities across the country highlighting the importance of justice, the barriers to accessing it and the ways we can work together to break down those barriers. The 2024 theme for Access to Justice Week is Promoting Pro Bono. Alberta’s pro bono clinics and organizations are on the front lines of improving access to justice in our province and they fill an important gap in the legal profession. Consider volunteering with an Approved Legal Service Provider to help provide pro bono legal services to the public.Â
