1. It is alleged that Karen Herrington brought the administration of justice into disrepute by filing an affidavit that contained explicit and inappropriate images and that such conduct is deserving of sanction; and

2. It is alleged that Karen Herrington failed to provide legal services to the standard of a competent lawyer and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
