Family Mediation Canada is hosting an upcoming session on key findings from the Department of Justice Canada’s 2025 National Family Law Survey, with a focus on how recent amendments to the Divorce Act are affecting family justice professionals across Canada. Participants will gain insight into the survey results, develop greater awareness of Justice Canada research and publications, and engage in discussion to interpret what these findings may mean for practice, policy and future areas of exploration.
