Mentoring that Matters – Skills, Stories and Strategies Webinar
On Oct. 22, 2025, the Law Society of Alberta and leadership coach, Allison Wolf, hosted a Zoom webinar highlighting core principles and skills for developing effective mentoring relationships.
During the webinar, Allison discussed what makes mentorship truly meaningful, for both mentors and mentees, and shared tips for:
- building trust;
- asking powerful questions;
- navigating the phases of mentorship with intention; and,
- strategies to build relationships that inspire, support and promote growth.
Allison was also joined by two special guests via cameo recording, who shared their knowledge and experience as mentors.
Whether you’re supporting lawyers through one of the Law Society’s Mentorship programs, a program run by your organization, or other informal mentoring networks, this webinar aims to provide valuable tools for your mentor role.
