1. It is alleged that Douglas Alger failed to withdraw as the solicitor for the executors of the estate of KM after it became clear that a conflict of interest was or had developed in the administration of the estate.
2. It is alleged that Douglas Alger prepared and witnessed a document that he knew contained false and misleading statements denying the existence of any will by KM, and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
3. It is alleged that Douglas Alger submitted false and misleading information to the Court of King’s Bench for a Grant of Administration when he knew about the existence of previous wills by KM and acted upon the falsely procured Grant of Administration for the benefit of the executors BM and DS and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
