It is alleged that Brian Adair failed to provide legal services to the standard of a competent lawyer, including failing to perform all functions competently, conscientiously, diligently and in a timely manner and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
It is alleged that Brian Adair failed to meet the requirements of the Rules of Court and the Code of Conduct in drafting and entering into a contingency fee agreement and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
It is alleged that Brian Adair charged his client legal fees that were not fair and reasonable and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
