- trends in commercial real estate;
- red flags in rural real estate transactions;
- property law – case law update;
- conveyancing red flags;
- discussion with Alberta Lawyers’ Indemnity Association (ALIA) on claims against lawyers in real estate matters; and
- discussion with Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA) on standard form contracts.
