Family Mediation Canada (FMC) is pleased to be joining Alberta Family Mediation Society (AFMS) for a one-day hybrid conference taking place Friday, Nov. 28.

Dr. Michael Saini will deliver an interactive keynote session focused on trust building in mediation:

“We talk about trust in every mediation yet often rely on intuition rather than understanding its structure. This session offers a chance to pause and rethink what trust really means by learning a practical framework for building, testing, and repairing trust across stages of mediation. Through stories, reflection, and research, participants will discover how trust can be cultivated deliberately and how even small, consistent choices can transform the tone of an entire process.”
