1. It is alleged Catherine Ogali failed to comply with the requirements to handle trust monies as set out in Part 5 of the Rules of the Law Society of Alberta and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
2. It is alleged Catherine Ogali misappropriated trust monies and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
3. It is alleged Catherine Ogali failed to fulfil an undertaking in a real estate transaction and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
4. It is alleged Catherine Ogali breached an undertaking given to the Law Society of Alberta and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
