Our question: Canada, what do we want? Rule of Law under the Sovereignty of Jesus Christ or Rule by Law under the Tyranny of Evil?

Hosted by Council of Alberta Lawyers, this premier event will review and discuss the Christian foundation of Canada and the opening words of the Constitution Act, 1982. The keynote speaker of the conference will be Honourable A. Brian Peckford P.C. Premier of Newfoundland (1979 – 1989), the only living First Minister of the Constitutional Patriation Process leading to the Constitution Act of 1982.

The conference is aligned with the national campaign that the Law Society of Alberta joined together with law societies across Canada to raise awareness about the importance of the rule of law and to unite Canadians around the shared values of democracy and justice.
