With the courts under increasing strain, litigants are increasingly turning to private resolution options. This comes with opportunities and potential traps for lawyers navigating litigation matters. Develop and enhance the skills you need to successfully guide your clients through arbitrated proceedings and/or build your practice as an arbitrator.

  • Key provisions of the Arbitration Act;
  • Fair hearings;
