Finding Files & Wills
If you have lost track of a lawyer and need help finding a file or will, the Law Society of Alberta may be able to help you.
You can help us in our search by providing as much information as you can about the file or will you need. For instance, if you know the name of the lawyer or law firm involved in creating the file/will, please include that detail. If you think you know when the file/will was created, please add that too. Please complete a request form and Records & Information Management Services will contact you about your search.
