Rules of the Law Society of Alberta

The Board of Directors (Benchers) may make rules for the government of the Law Society, for the management and conduct of its business and affairs, and for the exercise or carrying out of the powers and duties conferred or imposed on the Society or the Directors (Benchers) under this Act.
