Reporting Unauthorized Practice of Law
Reports of unauthorized practice may be made in writing to the Law Society of Alberta.
When a report is received, and it is clear that unauthorized practice took place, the Law Society of Alberta will share the report information with the individuals the report has been brought against, explain the parameters of authorized law practice and where reasonable, seek their voluntary compliance.
