Financial Claims Against Lawyers
If you have suffered a financial loss from working with your lawyer or as a consequence of the services provided by your lawyer, you may be entitled to make a claim.
If the loss was due to negligence by your lawyer, then you should make an insurance claim.
If the loss was the result of misappropriation or wrongful use of your trust money or missing trust funds, then you should make an assurance claim.
