Notice of Suspension: Robert C. Burgener

On April 21, 2011, the membership of Robert C. Burgener, an active member of the Law Society of Alberta residing in the Town of Windsor in the Province of Ontario was automatically suspended pursuant to Section 79(1) of the Legal Profession Act, for failing to pay within the period prescribed, fines and costs amounting to $8,347.56 as ordered by a Hearing Committee.
